The potential for flexible pipelines in military applications is enormous. From the rapid deployment & retrieval of fuel and drinking water relay systems to ship to shore refuelling solutions, Angus flexible Pipelines has the products & technology to greatly increase the logistical efficiency of any military operation.
The US Marine Corp, US Army & NATO forces have all developed layflat hose solutions using Angus Flexible Pipeline products. These include Chemicoil 600 & Offshore 850 which have seen action in recent Middle Eastern conflicts where it has been critical to support fast moving troops with fuel & water. Chemicoil 1200 is now available for those situations where even higher operating pressures are demanded.
Systems for RAS (Replenishment at Sea) & OSR (Over Stern Refuelling) have added to the Angus Flexible Pipelines offering with packages including pigging systems and reelers.
